Part-Time Business Intelligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Data Ingestion and AnalysisWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning analytics and reporting work across various platforms, including Power BI, SQL, Google Sheets, and data engineering/integration tasks.The role involves building dashboards, automating data flows, cleaning and modelling real-world datasets, and ensuring that reporting is accurate, reliable, and scalable.Skills Required:Power BI: Develop dashboards from scratch, use Power Query for data transformation, build well-structured analytics-ready data models, and write advanced DAX for KPIs, time-intelligence, and business logic.SQL: Write clean, optimized queries combining multiple datasets, perform date/time conversions, timestamp harmonization, and business-rule logic.Google Sheets: Work with operational data stored in Google Sheets, use advanced formulas (QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, REGEX, etc.), structure sheets for ingestion into Power BI, and automate repetitive steps using Apps Script.Integration and Automation: Integrate external systems through REST APIs, normalize unstructured SaaS data into clean analytics tables, troubleshoot data flow breaks, and ensure continuity of pipelines.The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
