Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the doors and door frames industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
