**Role Overview**:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the education sector, and is capable of working with schools, colleges, and students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory, ensuring strong revenue generation for the company's services.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**:
Identify potential schools, colleges, and academic institutions for partnerships. Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Product Presentation**:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educational institutions and decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition of Graviity Cloud’s solutions.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and the education market landscape. Provide feedback to management for the development of new products and services.Plan and execute sales strategies for the assigned area, maximizing sales potential and client outreach.Organize regular client visits to strengthen relationships and address any concerns or issues.Provide regular sales reports and updates on progress towards targets, challenges faced, and market feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant stakeholders.Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education or ed-tech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling educational products or services to schools and colleges.
- Knowledge of the local education market.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and business plans for educational products.
