ServiceNow ArchitectExp: 10 years and aboveLocation: Hyderabad/ CoimbatoreAbout the RoleLead the overall technical roadmap and architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with IT and business strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive architecture design specifications and documentation, including technical and system diagrams.Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on leading practices, platform capabilities, and design principles.Lead, mentor, and guide development and administrative teams through the project lifecycle.Design and implement strategic architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM.Define and document technical architecture for integrations, data flows, and API integrations with other systems.Provide technical leadership for the entire platform lifecycle, including customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.Drive improvements in operational efficiency through high-quality ServiceNow implementations and workflows.QualificationsDeep hands-on experience with core ServiceNow functionalities and administration.Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.Experience in defining technical architecture, technical roadmaps, and data flows.Proficiency with integrations, including REST APIs and Integration Hub orchestrations.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum for project delivery.Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Required SkillsCertifications Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3/v4 certification.
