We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team.About the RoleAs a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CSDM/CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other related modules.Develop advanced skills in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix administration, and Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.).Gain expertise in Monitoring tools and develop a good understanding of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.Work with and understand the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging, and production environments that are reliable with high availability.RequirementsExperience of ITOM suite (CSDM/CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within ServiceNow.Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills.Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.).Good understanding in Monitoring tool.Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports.Good experience in Scripting & RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell).Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology.Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
