Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligning with best practices.
  • Customize and develop advanced ITOM functionalities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Maintain CMDB health, CSDM compliance, and data integrity.
  • Architect integrations with monitoring and cloud platforms like Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, and Azure.
  • Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 58 years of ServiceNow development experience, with 4+ years in ITOM.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Proficiency in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration modules.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and networking concepts.
  • Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CIS – ITOM / Discovery / Event Management, and CAD.
