Job Title: Facilities OfficerWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Officer to join our team.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, overseeing daily facility operations, and managing vendor relationships. They will also coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors/technicians, monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the premises, and support space planning and asset management.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and office upkeep.Ensuring all office equipment, electricals, plumbing, and infrastructure are functioning properly.Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors/technicians.Monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the premises.Supporting space planning, seating allocation, and workstation management.Maintaining inventory of office assets, stationery, pantry items, and supplies.Tracking stock levels and initiating timely procurement.Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, fire safety equipment, and emergency procedures.Conducting regular safety checks and coordinating with external agencies for audits.Maintaining records related to facility compliance, licenses, and statutory documentation.Managing courier services, office dispatch, meeting room bookings, and general admin requests.Assisting in setup for internal meetings, events, and trainings.Coordinating with IT/HR/Admin teams for facility-related needs.Liaising with building management for repairs, access control, parking, and infra issues.Addressing employee concerns related to workspace, environment, and facilities.Benefits:The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
