Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Executive located in Andheri, Mumbai. The Facilities Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations, managing building maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain a premium working environment and addressing any facilities-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Building Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing large office spaces is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
