EazyDiner | Retention Marketing Manager | gurugram

As a Campaign & Marketing Automation Specialist, the candidate will be an integral part of the Growth Team at EazyDiner. (S)he will be responsible for continuous optimization of multi-touchpoint journeys that will ultimately drive conversions. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven & has strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
- Understand and drive full user funnel using Marketing Automation Journeys & Campaigns.
- Scale up marketing automation, designing and set up journeys across key touchpoints with tech & product teams
- Analyse and optimize journeys for engagement and conversions
- Drive customer lifecycle KPIs and establish measurement & reporting methodologies
- Assist in cross-functional efforts to design and implement more data-driven, personalized journeys across key touchpoints.
- Continuous journey optimization using A/B testing and insights from end-to-end customer lifecycle.
- Proactively research and test latest best practices and industry strategies.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of Marketing automation workflows and CX: working on automated campaigns in an App based company.
- 1-3 years of prior experience of working on marketing automation platforms like Moengage, Webengage, Clevertap, Adobe Campaign etc.
- Exceptional project and stakeholder management: able to implement multiple campaigns simultaneously at scale
- Prior experience of attribution measurement using tools like Branch
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written. Past experience managing campaigns end-to-end including communication writing would be a plus.
