Customer Retention & Reactivation Specialist


About EazyDiner:

EazyDiner is a leading dining-out platform that offers diners exclusive deals, seamless reservations, and unforgettable dining experiences. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our customer engagement team to retain and reactivate customers, ensuring they continue to enjoy the best dining options through our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Proactively interact with customers over calls to address concerns, understand their preferences, and ensure they are satisfied with their EazyDiner experience.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide personalized service.
  • Retention Activities:
  • Identify reasons for customers becoming inactive and devise strategies to retain them.
  • Offer tailored recommendations, promotions, and solutions to encourage customers to continue using the platform.
  • Reactivation Campaigns:
  • Reach out to dormant customers, reintroducing them to new features, offers, and benefits of the platform.
  • Collect feedback and use it to improve the reactivation strategy.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer and the company.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on customer retention and reactivation metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or retention roles. Experience in the hospitality or food tech industry is a plus.


  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to encourage customer retention.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
