We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain handson experience in HR and develop a solid foundation for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and the company website.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in the interview process and assist in candidate evaluations.
  • Help coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Onboarding:
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Assist with the orientation process including conducting initial training sessions.
  • Ensure completion of new hire documentation and update employee records.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help address employee queries and escalate them to HR management as necessary.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is uptodate.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing data entry and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
