Job Purpose

As an HR professional will help promote a smooth and positive employee experience, data integrity across systems, managing office events, vendor management and a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities

Help in Employee Onboarding and DocumentationCoordinating with extended HR team to drive office events for employee engagementPlanning fun Thursdays one a monthHelp in Day to Day HR queriesAbility to communicate well with all levelsProactive to take up new responsibilitiesEmployee data maintenanceADHOC data requirement from different teams

Key Competencies

Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.Proven influencing and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.High degree of integrity and confidentiality
