Role Description

We’re seeking an HR and Operations Intern to support our team with key HR, administrative, and finance-related tasks. As a small team, we value ownership, creativity, and a hands-on approach to work.


This role will involve learning and implementing CRM tools like Odoo, managing payroll, invoicing, and handling essential finance team responsibilities alongside day-to-day operations.


This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, operations, and finance while contributing to the smooth functioning of a growing organization.


Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in implementing CRM tools like Odoo to manage workflows.
  • Handle HR tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, and other financial or operational processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and office documentation.
  • Oversee office administration, including vendor communication and inventory management.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for improving internal processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn tools like CRM systems.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office tools.


Good to Have:

  • Basic understanding of payroll, invoicing, or administrative processes.
  • Previous experience or internships in HR, admin, or operations roles.
  • A knack for learning and using software tools efficiently.
