We are seeking a highly motivated andenthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The internwill support various HR functions including recruitment onboardingemployee relations and administrative tasks. This is an excellentopportunity for someone looking to gain handson experience in HRand develop a solid foundation for a career in humanresources.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • RecruitmentSupport:
  • Assist in posting jobopenings on job boards and the companywebsite.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviewswith candidates.
  • Participate in the interviewprocess and assist in candidateevaluations.
  • Help coordinate and participate injob fairs and recruitmentevents.
  • Onboarding:
  • Prepareand distribute onboarding materials for newhires.
  • Assist with the orientation processincluding conducting initial trainingsessions.
  • Ensure completion of new hiredocumentation and update employeerecords.
  • EmployeeRelations:
  • Assist in organizingemployee engagement activities and events.
  • Helpaddress employee queries and escalate them to HR management asnecessary.
  • Support the implementation of HRpolicies andprocedures.
  • AdministrativeTasks:
  • Maintain employee filesand ensure all documentation isuptodate.
  • Assist in the preparation of HRreports and presentations.
  • Handle generaloffice duties such as filing data entry and managingcorrespondence.
Qualifications:
  • Currentlypursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles andpractices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in afastpacedenvironment
