Job OverviewThe HR Director will be responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of the Human Resources function, from talent acquisition and onboarding to policy formulation and compliance.Talent Management & AcquisitionCreate, implement, and continuously optimize HR strategies, processes, and frameworks.Drive alignment between HR practices and business objectives.Onboarding & OffboardingEnsure seamless onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.Conduct structured exit formalities, including exit interviews and documentation.Policy Development & ComplianceDraft and implement HR policies, ensuring full compliance with labor laws.Act as the internal point of contact for HR-related matters and training.Payroll & Statutory ComplianceHandle payroll processing using HR/payroll software.Manage statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc., and ensure accurate and timely filings.Employee Engagement & CulturePlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities.Foster a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.Performance Management & HR OperationsOversee performance appraisal processes and goal-setting frameworks.Maintain accurate employee records and HR dashboards (MIS reports).This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels. The ideal candidate must have experience in human resources management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
