Job TitleThe HR Operations Manager oversees and streamlines global HR operations, focusing on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven delivery.Employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.Accurate data management across HR systems and employee data.Statutory law compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Finance and Legal coordination for audits and payroll compliance.Organizational structure accuracy and updates.Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, performance review process cycles, and policy updates.Establish an employee grievance process and execute it seamlessly.Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities.Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively.Oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws.Ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence.
