Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the edtech sector, with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and relationship management. This role requires extensive traveling within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, visiting colleges, conducting seminars, and building a robust network of college contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to visit colleges and educational institutions.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote Exxeella Education Group's products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including on-site visits, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and students.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the target audience.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the edtech sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Strong network of contacts within colleges and educational institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
