Job Title: Business Development Manager – Domestic & IT Staffing Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Interview Mode: Face to Face Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition . Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs. Manage end-to-end client engagement – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure. Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements . Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals. Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients. Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic & IT Staffing . Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends . Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures . Hands-on experience with C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements . Team handling and leadership skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Strong client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage.
