These are mostly enterprises and platforms like magento. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our customers while they are integrating with Tazapay.We are looking for engineers with a strong background developing full stack applications, communicating technical concepts and handholding our customers. This role will be responsible for working with partners and customers to integrate Tazapay's API and deliver a stellar end to end experience.We're seeking engineers with strong technical and business skills, to drive high-quality integrations while accelerating time-to-live. You will also be the voice of these customers and influence the roadmap for our platform products.You will be also a trusted business partner for our most strategic customersResponsibilities (not exhaustive)Partner with Tazapay sales teams to understand user requirements and communicate how Tazapay can solve their business and technical challenges, from high-level architecture to code implementationInterface directly with our largest users' technical teams, serving as their primary technical point of contact during integrationCreate technical content (documents, diagrams, sample code, tests, etc.) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practicesHelp improve our products, working with product teams to address customer feedback and getting your hands dirty and building solutions yourselfDevelop proof of concept applications built on top of our API;s, present technical demonstrations, and help customers make the most of their integrationThe Ideal CandidateExperienceExperience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.Experience writing code and excitement about learning new languages and technologies.A background working in a similar customer-facing engineering role (e.g. solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer).Familiar with modern web applications and software architecture.Experience working with demos and appsA great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Interested in solving open ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking.Experienced working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.3+ years of experience, with a strong technical generalist and coding backgroundJoin our team and let's groove together to the rhythm of innovation and opportunityYour BuddyTazapayus
