The Senior Program Manager will oversee the successful design, implementation, and execution of various programs . The role includes coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and clients; managing budgets; setting project goals; monitoring timelines; preparing status reports; and ensuring program outcomes align with organizational objectives. Additionally, the individual will lead program evaluations and contribute to strategic initiatives for continuous innovation and efficiency.QualificationsStrong project management and program implementation skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationLeadership and team management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building abilitiesAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven approachProficiency in using relevant project management tools and softwareExperience in managing multi-city or multi-stakeholder projects is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability
