Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Program Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior Program Manager will oversee the successful design, implementation, and execution of various programs . The role includes coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and clients; managing budgets; setting project goals; monitoring timelines; preparing status reports; and ensuring program outcomes align with organizational objectives. Additionally, the individual will lead program evaluations and contribute to strategic initiatives for continuous innovation and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong project management and program implementation skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in using relevant project management tools and software
  • Experience in managing multi-city or multi-stakeholder projects is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability
