Manager – Process Excellence

Role Overview:
The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Antara by designing, standardizing, and governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leading continuous process improvement initiatives. The incumbent will ensure that all functional processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Antara’s brand promise and regulatory standards.
1. SOP Design, Implementation & Governance
- Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
- Standardize processes across business, ensuring alignment with Antara’s brand promise, regulatory norms (NABH, HSSC, QAI), and audit standards.
- Manage SOP version control, dissemination, and compliance tracking across facilities.
- Conduct periodic reviews with functional heads for SOP effectiveness and relevance.
2. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify inefficiencies and design interventions to enhance service quality, reduce waste, and improve response times.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analyses for critical workflows.
- Track and monitor improvement metrics through defined KPIs and dashboards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of process design, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in hospitality, healthcare, or service-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations Management / Quality / Process Excellence / Hospitality Management or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in process design, quality management, or operations excellence roles.
- Experience in hospitality or healthcare sector preferred.
