This role will help support the PI team on this journey, with data capture/analysis capability improvements and cost reduction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Process Improvement Manager, this role will be involved in:Manual and in-line data collection and analysis of process performance, including identification of non-value adding data entry timeLoss reduction, improvement data analysis and project tracking Support for development of improved data collection methodsDaily/Weekly/Monthly project/performance tracking and analysis, plus visualization of dataRequired QualificationsBA. Data Analyst or Process EngineeringExperience Graduate in data analysis/data science fieldGood communication skills Experience with data analysis, visualization Other Skills and HPO CompetenciesExcel and data collection / analysis skills Problem solving skillsAttention to detail (collection and inputting data)McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
