Finance and Accounts Intern Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Intern to support our finance department. The intern will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting while developing your skills in a dynamic and growing environment. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting systems.Help prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help in managing accounts payable and receivable by tracking outstanding invoices and payments.Assist in reconciling accounts and processing vendor payments. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.Assist in maintaining financial records in both physical and digital formats. Other Duties: Support special projects and initiatives within the finance department.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving financial processes. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
