**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

- Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions and records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data

2. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate MIS reports for internal review and decision-making
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

3. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.)
- Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits
- Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings and regulatory submissions

4. Payroll and Expense Management:

- Support payroll processing in coordination with HR
- Review and process employee expense claims and reimbursements

5. Financial Analysis and Support:

- Analyse financial data and trends to support business decisions
- Provide assistance in cost control, budgeting, and cash flow planning

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software - Zoho Books
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam (both written and spoken) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
