**Job description**

**Financial Management & Accounting**
- Maintain and manage financial records, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial communication.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure tax compliance and maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Update and manage financial systems, ensuring timely data entry and report generation.

**Operational & Coordination Responsibilities**
- Act as a key liaison between management and company departments for financial coordination.
- Work closely with the finance teams of international and domestic branches to maintain financial consistency.
- Assist with setting up financial processes for new branch offices and restructuring projects.
- Support leadership in financial decision-making by providing accurate data analysis and reports.
- Participate in management meetings to provide financial insights and strategies.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial transactions to prevent discrepancies and fraud

**Education & Experience**
- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Freshers with strong financial and coordination skills will also be considered.

**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as **Tally, QuickBooks**, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Advanced **Microsoft Excel** skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong **PowerPoint** skills for creating professional financial reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with **ChatGPT** for content generation and communication.
- Awareness of **global IT and finance trends** and technological advancements.

**Soft Skills**
- Exceptional **communication skills** (verbal & written) to interact with stakeholders across branches.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** abilities.
- Ability to **multitask** and manage financial operations across multiple locations.
- Professional demeanor, **strong presentation skills**, and confidence to represent the company.
