Key Responsibilities:
1 Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

2 Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

3 Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to aid strategic decision-making.

4 Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and other tax obligations.

5 Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

6 Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial integrity.

7 Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to support business operations.

8 Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

9 Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of any audit findings.

10 Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

11 Monitor and assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

12 Support senior management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

13 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Pay: Up to ₹2,023,510.73 per year
