As we continue expanding, we seek a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain and manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

2. Handle daily financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.

3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4. Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

5. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

7. Support the finance team during external audits and assist with the preparation of audit documentation.

8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance financial processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 4 yrs.’ work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar finance/accounting role.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

4. Proficiency in using accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. A high level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

7. Should be able to proficiently communicate in English, Hindi and Kannada.
