**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Position**: Senior Accounts Executive

**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**GST and TDS Compliance**:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of GST and TDS compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS deductions.
- Keep abreast of changes in GST and TDS regulations and implement necessary updates.

**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial forecasts and budgets.

**General Accounting**:

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform complex reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency.

**Vendor and Customer Relationship Management**:

- Interact with vendors and customers to address complex billing and payment-related queries.
- Monitor and optimize vendor payment terms while maintaining positive relationships.

**Audit Coordination**:

- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- CA intermediate
- 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing finance
- Good knowledge of Indian Tax and other regulatory requirements.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to move our factory site
- Extensive experience working with SAP software will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,651.91 - ₹26,745.93 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance and Accounting: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Willingness to travel:
