**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and edit educational videos for online courses, workshops, and promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that promote the Academy's programs and services.
- Create graphics and visuals for presentations, info graphics, and other educational materials.
- Maintain and update the Academy's website with fresh and visually appealing content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing average quality design works and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across different departments.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and consistency.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate changes into designs as needed.
