It is one of the world's largest alternative asset management firms.The firm operates in America, Europe and Asia.Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)Title: Talent Acquisition Operations LeadKey Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the TA Operations team to ensure seamless TA operations.Oversee end-to-end TA coordination for senior-level and confidential positions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the process.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex cases within the TA Operations team.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all recruitment processes.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a collaborative team environment.Continuously review and improve TA operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare and present regular reports and updates to department heads and senior leadership.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition operations, with at least 10 years in a team lead or supervisory role.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.Hands-on approach with a willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operations.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and manage complex TA scenarios.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday and Eightfold) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
