Locatio n: Bengaluru (Onsite )Titl e: Talent Acquisition Operations Lea dKey Responsibilitie s:Lead, motivate, and manage the TA Operations team to ensure seamless TA operation s.Oversee end-to-end TA coordination for senior-level and confidential positions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the proces s.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex cases within the TA Operations tea m.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experienc e.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all recruitment processe s.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a collaborative team environmen t.Continuously review and improve TA operations processes for efficiency and effectivenes s.Prepare and present regular reports and updates to department heads and senior leadershi p.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisitio n.Requiremen ts:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fie ld.Proven experience in talent acquisition operations, with at least 10 years in a team lead or supervisory ro le.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discreti on.Hands-on approach with a willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operatio ns.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to deta il.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skil ls.Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and manage complex TA scenari os.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday and Eightfold) and Microsoft Office Sui te.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environme nt.
