Job Title:Human Resources GeneralistAbout the JobWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure all required forms are completed.HR Documentation & Data Management: Maintain employee records and update HRIS/HRMS under supervision. Ensure accurate filing of documents (digital and physical).Attendance & Leave Management: Support in monitoring attendance and leave records. Help process leave requests and escalate discrepancies to HR Executive.Employee Benefits & Queries: Assist in coordinating employee benefits activities such as insurance enrollment. Respond to basic employee queries with professionalism and direct complex queries to senior HR team members.Employee Life Cycle Support: Assist in processes such as confirmation, transfers, and offboarding. Prepare basic HR letters (employment, experience, etc.) with guidance.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.0 to 1 year of experience in HR or administration (internship experience is a plus).Basic understanding of HR concepts and strong interest in HR as a career.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
