Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a mid-level position at a pharmaceutical company in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in various HR functions and be adept at utilizing HR technologies to drive organizational success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in employee engagement tools to effectively drive and measure staff involvement and satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance metrics (Mandatory skill).
  • Competency in compensation and benefits administration to manage and resolve compensation-related matters (Mandatory skill).
  • Operational knowledge of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance data integrity.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies tailored to organizational needs.
  • Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives for a more equitable workplace environment.
  • In-depth understanding of labor law compliance to ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics for HR to influence decision-making and strategy formulation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive compensation for all staff members.
  • Assess training needs and plan programs to boost employee capabilities and career development.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
