Job Title: Regional Education ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the expansion of our online classes across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing district and taluka level agents, training new agents about our platform and benefits, maintaining weekly communication with agents, monitoring agent performance, achieving monthly enrollment targets, handling parent inquiries, explaining the benefits of our online education, presenting demo classes and academic features, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining parent follow-ups via our customer relationship management (CRM) system.The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting teachers for Gujarati medium Std 1–10 subjects, taking demo sessions and evaluating teaching ability, preparing teacher schedules and timetables, maintaining class quality, attendance, and feedback, coordinating with the technical team for smooth sessions, supervising the tele-calling team, admin staff, and support staff, conducting daily morning meetings, maintaining discipline, process, and performance, and solving day-to-day operational issues.Requirements include graduation in any field, preferably education or management, with 7-10 years experience in EdTech, coaching, school marketing, agency development, sales, and operations.
