Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Salem.- The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in their assigned region, set targets for the sales team, and plan strategic initiatives to meet sales goals.- The role involves regularly visiting distributors, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.- The Regional Sales Manager will also lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales team members to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications:- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving regional sales targets.- Proficiency in market analysis, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement regional growth initiatives.- Basic knowledge of the jewelry industry or luxury retail market is an advantage.- Willingness to travel within the region and exceptional organizational abilities.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
