ROLE: Internal Communication - Specialist
Overview / Detailed Job Summary
Lead of Internal Communication: The Internal communication Specialist will be responsible to crafting the LTSCT Internal communication strategy and lay the foundation for a robust culture of innovation and collaboration. This is a Global central role, the person will support from India all the four regions: India, US, Europe and Japan and BU’s: Automotive, Energy, Industry and Telecom.
Communication Strategy will be broadly across three areas:
- Leadership Communication
- Content creation
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Communication: Support CEO, COO & India MD on all employee communication including special asks on specific days
Establish and drive multi-channel thought leadership communications strategy
Weekly Leadership meetings, Quarterly updates, Strategy cycle, Annual Awards, and all hands meeting. Draft, proofread and advice on org announcements.
Create and execute integrated internal communications and change management plans for the organization and its leadership.
Build a strong employer brand through various campaigns such as #MyStory@LTSCT #HerJourneyWithLTSCT
Ensure that all communications are written with a diversity and inclusion lens to represent us as a globally diverse and inclusive brand.
Content Creation:
Collaborate across Business to create content and strategy :
Customer facing collaterals, presentations, Website content
Sales kit and application details
Create technical presentations and training materials.
Run internal campaigns to profile people on our culture, work, life, fun & passion.
Take ownership of all Distribution Lists and be the gate keeper to any communication that is going to all employees.
Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all internal communication platforms and external platforms such as social media
Gather feedback on a regular basis from stakeholders.
Over and above:
- Partner with all internal departments to direct, create and publish content to the LTSCT intranet site, ensuring that it is current and engaging.
- Manage all internal campaigns and needed firm-wide communications both on and off the website and keep employees apprised of marketing efforts, branding initiatives.
- Assist with enhancing and executing a global internal communications strategy and program, including ongoing assessment and measurement.
- Support larger corporate communications and Firm initiatives, as needed.
- Create, build and leverage sustainable innovative communications platforms that cultivate meaningful two-way dialogue across the organization.`
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven leadership experience in Communications or a related field for 12-15 years. Semiconductor industry is preferred.
Must be an MBA or equivalent degree from one of the Marquee institutes
Technical and Soft Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strategic acumen.
- Track record of orchestrating impactful PR campaigns and leading transformative social media initiatives.
