Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to lead our team in managing Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in combining administration and technical leadership to drive system integrity, optimize consolidation and planning processes, manage integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP's, and drive automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes to meet business requirements.Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW to ensure seamless data flow.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions to support forecasting and planning needs.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions to ensure data accuracy.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies to provide insights into business performance.Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive to ensure a secure environment.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs to ensure effective collaboration.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow to ensure timely delivery.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences to ensure data consistency.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours to ensure knowledge transfer.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support to ensure successful adoption of systems.About UsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
