Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations of Oracle HCM and ERP clouds.This role will involve implementing, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing system security, data integrity, and conversions to meet business needs.Collaboration with Application Support Specialists is crucial to maintain production configurations and adhere to formal configuration maintenance procedures.The ideal candidate will oversee Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes, creating reports to meet approved business requirements.Tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access will be developed according to job titles and responsibilities.Data imports and exports will be conducted to fulfill authorized business needs.Oracle service requests (SRs) for high-level system issues/requests will be managed effectively.Candidates should possess strong research and analysis skills, collaborating with IT Enterprise teams to provide technical solutions and recommendations.Evaluating and modifying existing functionalities and new features is essential, as well as reviewing quarterly system upgrade assessments for implementation of new features and impact on existing processes.Current system utilization will be assessed to identify and recommend improvements.Key Responsibilities:Technical support for Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, associated external applications, and additional systems.Implementing and supporting implementations, processes, configuration, data integrity/conversions, system security, maintenance, enhancements, process improvements, and projects.Maintaining production configurations and overseeing adherence to formal configuration maintenance procedure.Oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.Creating processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements.Developing tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.Conducting data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.Managing Oracle service requests (SRs) for high-level system issues/requests.Collaborating with IT Enterprise team to perform research and provide technical analysis, solution options, pros/cons, and recommendations for improvement.Evaluating, modifying, and customizing existing functionalities and new features and applications.Reviewing quarterly system upgrade assessments and other information for implementation of new features and impact to existing processes.Assessing current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements.Requirements:Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM and ERP clouds.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with data imports and exports.Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog.Familiarity with system security and data integrity principles.Understanding of system upgrades and feature implementation.
