**About the Role**We are seeking a skilled Go-to-Market Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven workflows to drive business growth.**Key Responsibilities:**Create and optimize Clay workflows for data enrichment and email personalization.Develop and implement strategies to leverage LLM models and prompts to extract relevant information.Integrate various tools and APIs to streamline workflows and reduce costs.Effectively manage Clay credits to ensure efficient testing and running of data.Design meeting scheduling and post-call analysis systems within Clay.**Requirements:**At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Clay workflow building.Strong knowledge of prompts, LLMs, and automation within Clay.Experience connecting tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc.Able to optimize workflows to reduce costs and improve output quality.Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve automation flows.**Nice to Have:**Experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations.Knowledge of cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.).Good understanding of APIs and webhooks.Ability to audit workflows and suggest improvements.
