Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Manage complete bookkeeping using any accounting software, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, accruals, and adjustments.Create and manage international client export invoices and handle associated bank reconciliations.Track accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations.Handle TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation as per IT/ITES compliance standards.Oversee month-end and year-end financial closures with complete audit-ready documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies.Mandatory hands-on expertise in any accounting software (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).Strong experience in audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance activities.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently with strong documentation skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary package.A chance to work with a dynamic team.Opportunities for career growth and development.
