About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned SDR Team Lead who can drive growth and scale our sales team.This person is both a builder and a coach—someone who can set up the foundation, hire the right talent, roll out effective strategies, and drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our AEs.The ideal candidate will own outbound pipeline generation for us, including messaging, systems, training, performance metrics, and team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & LeadershipHire and grow a high-performing SDR team that consistently meets quota.Develop onboarding, training, QA, call reviews, and coaching programs to ensure team members excel.Build a positive, data-driven team culture that drives engagement and productivity.Outbound Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement targeted outreach campaigns tailored to key decision-makers.Own scripts, sequences, objection handling, and persona-specific messaging.Deploy experiments across email, phone, , and SMS to optimize results.Pipeline OwnershipSet and manage monthly lead and meeting quota for the SDR team.Ensure the team delivers predictable pipeline for AEs.Partner closely with marketing to refine lead quality, targeting, and qualification processes.Tools & ProcessesOwn CRM processes, lead routing, automation, and SDR dashboards.Manage tools such as Apollo, HubSpot sequences, Sales Navigator, phone dialers, etc.Build analytics processes around SDR activity vs outcomes.CollaborationWork closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and SLAs are met.Provide regular feedback to marketing for messaging iteration and refinement.Align with leadership on territory plans, sequencing strategies, and pipeline forecasting.Must-Have Skills & Experience3–7+ years of experience managing SDR teams in B2B sales (US market focus).Proven track record of building and scaling SDR teams from scratch.Strong coaching mentality—ability to mentor SDRs into consistent performers.Deep understanding of outbound motions, cold email frameworks, cold calling, and outreach.Experience creating SDR playbooks, scripts, objection matrices, and training documentation.Strong analytical discipline: dashboards, KPIs, weekly performance reviews, cohort analysis.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
