Execute multi-channel prospecting — including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp — to initiate conversations and generate interest. Understand customer challenges and effectively position solutions to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns. Maintain organized and accurate CRM records, documenting outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity-generation targets. Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine messaging, targeting, and overall sales strategy. Skills & Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage. Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections confidently. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Analytical, self-driven, and adaptable, with a strong growth mindset suited for a fast-paced environment. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
