People and Culture ProfessionalWe are seeking a high-potential professional to join our team as a People and Culture Specialist.This role involves managing employee lifecycles, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and energized. Additionally, you will ensure HR systems and processes run smoothly, from payroll to HRMS updates, while staying responsive to business and people needs.The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and audits.As a People and Culture Specialist, you will be the first line of contact for employees, driving high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences. You will also organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events that boost belonging and retention.The successful candidate will bring a track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact, excel at people analytics, and hold a Bachelor's in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.Responsibilities:Employee Experience: Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences, organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events, answer employee queries and needs.HR Operational Excellence: Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates, execute internal policy around company asset and data management, assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Support Strategic People Projects: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Requirements:4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.Highly analytical skills, with expertise in people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Hold a Bachelor's in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.Bonus Points:Hands-on experience with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms (Multiplier, Deel, Remote, HiBoB, Workday, etc).Experience organizing large-scale culture initiatives in a remote environment.Exposure to global payroll, EOR models, or remote-first workforces.Why Join Us:Fully remote work environment.Opportunity to make a big impact in a lean team.Lots of opportunities for growth and development.Supportive and diverse community.Great benefits tailored for professional growth, productivity, health, and wealth.
