As we grow our 20+ member team, we’re looking for a People & Culture Assistant to lead recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and people-related compliance.This is a great role for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR in a startup environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at our location in Udaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities:- Lead in recruitment coordination – job postings, scheduling, candidate communication- Support smooth onboarding & documentation for new team members- Maintain organized employee records, leave logs, and attendance updates- Help implement company policies and SOPs- Help foster a great workplace culture- Assist in HR compliance (offer letters, contracts, ID collection)Qualifications- A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise- Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Any HR related certification is a plusWhat we offer- A chance to lead & shape the people operations in a clean-tech startup- A fun, inclusive, and mission-driven team culture- Learning and growth opportunities in the EV and SaaS industry- A front-row seat to the future of green mobilityIf you’re excited to support people, build culture, and grow with a purpose-led team, we’d love to hear from youApply now or tag someone who might be a great fit |
