Well versed in HRIS.Responsibility Deliverables:• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluatingemployee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absenceand health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all otheremployee-relations matters• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including monthly updates to employee files,bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employeevalidations, and benefits changes• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employeedirectory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies inhuman resources, talent management, and employment law.• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, such as recognition and rewardprograms, surveys, Birthday & Anniversary celebration and training sessions• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflictresolution, and coaching managers on HR-related issues.• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement programs that support theorganization’s mission and goals.• Performance Evaluation and Reviews – Schedule, conduct, liaise, evaluate, half yearly andyearly performances of employees. Post perf review – collate completed appraisaldocuments and communicate perf ratings, bonus, promotions, hikes in company letter headdocument. Save the same in central repository.• Employee Development Plan – Work with every employee to create a training/developmentplan based on their role and competence matrix. Based on the development plan – executethe plan.• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management• Nurture a positive working environmentRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field• At least 6 years of experience in human resources.• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a related position.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent managementsystems.Note: This Is a full-time role based in Bangalore and will require you to work from the office.Website:www.karanhasija.comSocial Media:
