As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions related to university offerings (programs, platforms, services) to internal stakeholders (sales, admission teams, counselors) and external partners (channel partners, coaching institutes, etc.). You will ensure all stakeholders have a deep understanding of our products and are equipped to communicate them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and update training content, presentations, manuals, and knowledge tools.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and academic teams to stay updated on new offerings and updates.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all training initiatives.
  • Support new employee onboarding with foundational product knowledge.
  • Conduct refresher sessions periodically to address knowledge gaps.
  • Stay current with trends in education and competitor offerings to contextualize product value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product training, academic counseling, edtech, or sales enablement.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear, engaging, and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom/Meet, and presentation tools.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel for training sessions when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education sector or with universities/edtech companies.
  • Familiarity with coaching institute operations and academic product positioning.
  • Instructional design experience is a plus.
