Channel Sales Representative OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and strategic Area Executive to support our multi-portfolio growth across the Indian market. This role will contribute to sales development across our key business divisions, including Yeast Baking, Yeast Extract Savory, Food Ingredients, Yeast Protein, Nutrition & Health, Animal Nutrition, Plant Nutrition, Frozen Dough, and Home Baking.The ideal candidate will have strong commercial understanding and technical awareness of the food ingredients, bakery, or biotechnology sectors, with proven experience in channel expansion, distributor management, and regional sales growth.Achieve area sales targets and ensure effective coverage of assigned territories.Manage and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales growth.Identify new business opportunities and assist in market development and product promotion.Work closely with technical and marketing teams to conduct product trials and customer presentations.Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline.Regularly visit customers and partners to build strong business relationships.Participate in regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Science, or Business; MBA preferred.2-3 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development within the food ingredients, food solutions, or FMCG sectors.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with channel partners and customers.Good understanding of B2B distribution models and regional market dynamics.Should be a good team player.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas and regions in India.Why Join Us?Work with a global leader in yeast and biotechnology solutions.Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Gain hands-on experience in India's evolving food ingredients market.
