HR Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. HR operations and will be responsible for processing employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding and offboarding.Job Summary:The selected candidate will coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including new-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system provisioning.Manage employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, manager changes, and location updates, in the HRIS system.Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit logistics, asset recovery, systems access removal, final documentation, and file retention.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Coordination: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.Offboarding Process: Develop and implement efficient offboarding processes, minimizing disruptions to business operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least three years of experience in HR generalist/administrative roles, with a focus on operations, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination.Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and remotely.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a chance to contribute to projects that create a profound social impact.
