Job Opportunity:We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of HR Operations Manager. This pivotal position entails overseeing and streamlining HR operations across global locations, ensuring seamless compliance with statutory laws and data-driven HR delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, while maintaining accurate data management across all HR systems and employee data.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management: Ensure efficient onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.Data Accuracy: Maintain precise data management across all HR systems and employee data.Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and global HR best practices.Audit Coordination: Work closely with Finance and Legal departments to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.Organizational Structure: Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and structure accuracy.Additional ResponsibilitiesHR Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership communication and initiatives.Internal Communication: Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal forums to foster a positive work environment.Travel Arrangements: Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely delivery of team members.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.At least 10 years of experience in HR operations, with 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and exposure to global HR practices.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take their career to the next level.
